Feel Seen, Heard, and Supported
Get to Know me
Since completing my master’s degree from Teacher’s College, Columbia University, I have had extensive experience working with in diverse mental health therapy setting such as hospitals, community mental health organizations, and group private practice.
My work has been predominately focused on working with Asian/Asian American Individuals (children, teens, and adults) and Couples grappling with ADHD, OCD, Cultural/ Racial Identity Issues, and Intergenerational Trauma.
A Personalized Approach
I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Relational-Cultural Therapy. These techniques help finding meaning behind behavior patterns and re-author repeated internalized narratives that cloud your understanding of your true authentic self. Through an individualized, person-centered approach, I guide clients into exploring their inner working model, attachment difficulties, and intersections of identity to find their own voices and personalized narratives. I believe regaining your sense of self allows for growth in self-confidence, allowing clients to be their own person.
